🔁 Refund & Returns Policy

At Dragon Bean Roastery, we roast coffee in small batches twice a week to ensure freshness. Because coffee is a perishable food product, we’re not able to accept returns simply due to a change of mind. However, if something goes wrong with your order, we’ll make it right.

❌ Non-returnable items

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Roasted coffee (as it is a perishable food item)
  • Opened or unsealed packaging
  • Products delivered as described and in good condition

This is in line with EU consumer protection laws for perishable goods.

✅ Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect (wrong item, wrong quantity)
  • Incomplete

Please contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

🚫 Order cancellations

Because we roast in batches, we may be able to cancel your order before the batch is roasted. If you need to cancel:

  • Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible
  • Once your batch has been roasted, we can no longer cancel the order
