SOME WORDS ABOUT US
Passion, Precision, Craftsmanship
What drives us
We believe great coffee starts with respect — for the bean, for the farmer, and for the craft of roasting. Every batch is a reflection of our passion.
How we work
From sourcing to roasting, we focus on quality over quantity. We roast small batches to highlight the unique story behind every origin.
Our commitment
Freshness, traceability, and flavor guide everything we do. We are proud to bring you coffee that is thoughtfully crafted from farm to cup.
Honoring Every Story Behind Every Bean
At Dragon Bean Roastery, every coffee begins with a story — of farmers who nurture the land, of beans grown with respect for nature, and of a craft honed by passion. We source ethically, always seeking out the hands that treat coffee not as a commodity, but as a living connection between people and places.
As a small, independent nano-roastery, we honor these stories with every batch we roast. Here, coffee is not rushed. It is carefully developed, roasted to reveal its natural character, and shared with those who value integrity, flavor, and the quiet beauty of true craftsmanship.

Currently not, but we have plans to ship to other Baltic countries and Finland in the near future. Stay tuned — and feel free to contact us if you’re nearby and would love to try our coffee!
We don’t offer a subscription model just yet, but it’s in the works! If there’s enough interest, we’d love to launch one — feel free to let us know if that’s something you’d be excited about.
Freshly roasted coffee needs a bit of rest to reach its best flavor. We recommend waiting 5–7 days after the roast date for espresso, and 3–5 days for filter brews. The roast date is printed on every bag.
