At Dragon Bean Roastery, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee straight to your door. This page explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, and order processing.
🇪🇪 Where we ship
We currently ship within Estonia only.
If you’re located elsewhere and would like to place an order, please contact us at [email protected] — international shipping may be possible in the future.
🔥 Roasting & order handling
We roast fresh coffee twice a week. Orders are typically roasted and packed within:
- 1–3 business days, depending on the roast schedule and time of your order
You’ll receive the freshest possible beans — never pre-packed or sitting on a shelf.
🚚 Delivery & carriers
We ship through trusted Estonian delivery providers. Depending on your selected method, your order may be delivered via:
- Parcel lockers
- Courier services
You’ll choose your preferred option during checkout.
⏱️ Delivery times
- Typical delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Delays may occur during peak periods or holidays
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info (if applicable) once your order leaves our roastery.
💸 Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery method (parcel locker or courier)
- Order weight and dimensions
The full cost is visible before you confirm your order.
📦 Missed or returned deliveries
If your package is:
- Not collected from a parcel locker
- Returned due to an incorrect address
- Undeliverable for any other reason
We’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional charges may apply.
❗ Damaged or lost packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. Include your order number and, if possible, photos.
We’ll review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
